1. من نحنWho we are
تُصدر هذه السياسة ATG Technologies (مجموعة تقنية الأتمتة) — ويُشار إليها فيما يلي بـ«ATG» أو «نحن». نحن جهة التحكّم في البيانات الشخصية الموصوفة أدناه، بالمعنى المقصود في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولائحته التنفيذية.This policy is issued by ATG Technologies (Automation Technology Group) — referred to below as “ATG” or “we”. We are the Data Controller of the personal data described below, within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulations.

2. ما الذي تغطّيه هذه السياسةWhat this policy covers
- موقعنا atgautomation.com وكل صفحاته.Our website atgautomation.com and all its pages.
- حساباتنا الرسمية على منصّات التواصل: LinkedIn و YouTube و TikTok.Our official social media accounts: LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- التطبيق الداخلي الذي ندير به تلك الحسابات — نشر المحتوى، وقراءة التعليقات العامّة على منشوراتنا والردّ عليها.The internal application we use to manage those accounts — publishing content, and reading and replying to public comments on our own posts.
3. البيانات التي نجمعها فعلاًThe data we actually collect
3.1 ما تُرسله أنتWhat you send us
عند استخدام نموذج التواصل أو الاشتراك في النشرة البريدية، نجمع الحقول التي تملؤها بنفسك:When you use our contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the fields you fill in yourself:
- الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتفName, email address, phone number
- اسم المنشأة، وعدد المحطات (اختياريان)Company name and number of stations (optional)
- موضوع الطلب ونصّ رسالتكRequest subject and your message text
- موافقتك على تلقّي مواد تسويقية — مربّع اختيارٍ اختياري، لا يؤثّر تركُه على ردّنا على طلبكYour consent to receive marketing material — an optional checkbox; leaving it unticked does not affect our reply to your enquiry
3.2 بيانات تقنية تُسجَّل تلقائياًTechnical data logged automatically
يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة عنوان IP، ونوع المتصفّح والجهاز، والصفحة المطلوبة، ووقت الطلب. تُستخدم هذه السجلّات لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته من الإساءة فقط، ولا نربطها بهويّتك.Our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used solely to operate the site and protect it from abuse, and we do not link them to your identity.
3.3 تفضيل اللغةLanguage preference
نحفظ اختيارك للغة (عربي / إنجليزي) داخل متصفّحك في localStorage تحت المفتاح atg-lang. هذا ليس ملفّ ارتباط، ولا يُرسَل إلى خوادمنا، ولا يحتوي أي شيء يعرّف بك. يمكنك محوه في أي وقت من إعدادات متصفّحك.We store your language choice (Arabic / English) in your browser’s localStorage under the key atg-lang. This is not a cookie, it is never sent to our servers, and it contains nothing that identifies you. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
3.4 من منصّات التواصلFrom social media platforms
حين تعلّق على أحد منشوراتنا أو تراسلنا عبر منصّة، نطّلع على ما تتيحه لنا المنصّة عن ذلك التفاعل تحديداً: اسم العرض العلني، ومعرّف الحساب، ونصّ التعليق ووقته. لا نجمع قوائم متابعيك، ولا بياناتك الخاصّة، ولا أي شيء خارج تفاعلك مع منشوراتنا.When you comment on one of our posts or message us on a platform, we see what the platform makes available about that specific interaction: your public display name, account identifier, comment text and timestamp. We do not collect your follower lists, your private data, or anything beyond your interaction with our own posts.
4. ما لا نفعله — بيانٌ صريحWhat we do not do — an explicit statement
- لا نستخدم أي ملفّات ارتباط (cookies) على هذا الموقع — ولا واحداً.We use no cookies whatsoever on this website — not one.
- لا نستخدم أي أداة تحليلات أو تتبّع: لا Google Analytics، ولا بكسل إعلاني، ولا خرائط حرارية، ولا أي طرفٍ ثالث يراقب تصفّحك.We use no analytics or tracking tools: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heatmaps, no third party watching your browsing.
- لا نُحمّل الخطوط من خوادم خارجية — خطوط الموقع مستضافة على نطاقنا نفسه، فلا يصل أي طلبٍ منك إلى طرفٍ ثالث بسببها.We do not load fonts from external servers — our fonts are hosted on our own domain, so no request of yours reaches a third party because of them.
- لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها، لأي طرف، تحت أي ظرف.We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, under any circumstances.
الاستثناء الوحيد الذي يجب أن تعرفه: صفحة «تواصل» تعرض خريطة مضمّنة من Google Maps. عند تحميل تلك الصفحة يصل عنوان IP الخاص بك إلى Google، وتحكم ذلك سياسةُ خصوصية Google لا سياستنا.The one exception you should know about: our Contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. When that page loads, your IP address reaches Google, governed by Google’s privacy policy rather than ours.

لا نُفصح عن بياناتك لأي جهةٍ أخرى، إلّا إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظامٌ سعودي نافذ أو أمرٌ من جهةٍ مختصّة.We disclose your data to no other party, unless required to do so by applicable Saudi law or by order of a competent authority.
7. نقل البيانات خارج المملكةTransfers outside the Kingdom
بعض الجهات المذكورة أعلاه تعمل من خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. ننقل إليها من بياناتك القدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة فقط، ووفق ضوابط نقل البيانات الواردة في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية.Some of the parties listed above operate outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We transfer to them only the minimum data necessary to deliver the service, in accordance with the data transfer controls set out in the PDPL and its Implementing Regulations.
8. مدّة الاحتفاظRetention periods
- رسائل التواصل وعروض الأسعار: حتى 24 شهراً من آخر تواصلٍ بيننا، ثم تُتلَف — ما لم يوجد التزامٌ نظامي أو محاسبي يوجب حفظها مدّةً أطول.Enquiries and quotations: up to 24 months from our last contact, then destroyed — unless a statutory or accounting obligation requires longer retention.
- الاشتراك في النشرة: حتى تطلب إلغاءه.Newsletter subscription: until you ask to unsubscribe.
- السجلّات التقنية: وفق مدّة الاحتفاظ لدى مزوّد الاستضافة.Technical logs: per our hosting provider’s retention period.
9. حقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصيةYour rights under the PDPL
- حقّ العلم بأسباب جمع بياناتك والغرض منها.The right to be informed of why your data is collected and for what purpose.
- حقّ الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية لدينا.The right of access to the personal data we hold about you.
- حقّ الحصول على نسخة منها بصيغةٍ واضحة ومقروءة.The right to obtain a copy in a clear, readable format.
- حقّ طلب التصحيح أو الاستكمال أو التحديث.The right to request correction, completion or updating.
- حقّ طلب الإتلاف متى لم تعد هناك حاجةٌ نظامية للاحتفاظ بها.The right to request destruction where there is no longer a lawful need to retain it.
- حقّ سحب الموافقة في أي وقت، دون أثرٍ رجعي على معالجةٍ تمّت قبل السحب.The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@atgautomation.com، ونردّ عليك خلال ثلاثين (30) يوماً. وإن لم تقتنع بردّنا، فلك أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، وهي الجهة المشرفة على تطبيق النظام.To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@atgautomation.com; we will respond within thirty (30) days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the authority supervising the law.
10. أمن البياناتData security
الموقع يعمل حصراً عبر HTTPS مع HSTS، ويطبّق سياسة أمن محتوى (CSP) ورؤوس حمايةٍ تمنع التأطير وتخمين أنواع الملفّات. والوصول إلى رسائل العملاء مقصورٌ على من يحتاجه لأداء عمله. أمّا رموز الوصول إلى منصّات التواصل فتُخزَّن مشفّرةً وخارج الشيفرة المصدرية، ولا تُشارَك مطلقاً.The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS, and applies a Content Security Policy plus headers preventing framing and MIME sniffing. Access to customer enquiries is limited to those who need it for their work. Social platform access tokens are stored encrypted and outside the source code, and are never shared.
11. خصوصية الأطفالChildren’s privacy
خدماتنا موجّهة إلى المنشآت ومشغّلي محطات الوقود، ولا نقصد جمع بياناتٍ ممّن هم دون سنّ الثامنة عشرة. وإذا علمنا بجمع بياناتٍ كهذه دون سندٍ نظامي، أتلفناها.Our services are directed at businesses and fuel-station operators, and we do not intend to collect data from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that such data has been collected without a lawful basis, we will destroy it.
12. بيانات مستخدمي Google و YouTubeGoogle and YouTube user data
يستخدم تطبيقنا خدمات YouTube API لنشر مقاطعنا على قناة ATG ولقراءة التعليقات العامّة على تلك المقاطع والردّ عليها. باستخدامك ميزاتٍ لدينا مرتبطةً بيوتيوب فإنك تخضع لـشروط خدمة YouTube ولـسياسة خصوصية Google.Our application uses YouTube API Services to publish our videos to the ATG channel and to read and reply to public comments on those videos. By using any of our YouTube-connected features you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and by the Google Privacy Policy.
- ما نصل إليه: قناة ATG المملوكة لنا وحدها — رفع المقاطع، وقراءة تعليقاتها والردّ عليها.What we access: our own ATG channel only — uploading videos, and reading and replying to their comments.
- ما لا نصل إليه: لا نصل إلى بيانات أي قناةٍ أو حسابٍ آخر، ولا نطلب صلاحياتٍ زائدةً عن حاجتنا الفعلية.What we do not access: we do not access any other channel’s or account’s data, and we request no scopes beyond what we actually use.
- الاستخدام المحدود: تُستخدم البيانات المصرّح بها للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه فقط. لا تُستخدم في الإعلانات، ولا تُباع، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي معمّمة.Limited use: authorised data is used only for the purposes stated above. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train generalised AI models.
- الإلغاء: يمكن سحب وصول تطبيقنا إلى بيانات Google في أي وقتٍ من صفحة أذونات الأمان في حسابك على Google.Revocation: you may revoke our application’s access to your Google data at any time via the Google security permissions page.

13. LinkedIn و TikTokLinkedIn and TikTok
ينطبق المبدأ نفسه: وصول تطبيقنا مقصورٌ على صفحة ATG وحسابها — النشر، وقراءة التعليقات العامّة على منشوراتنا والردّ عليها. لا نصل إلى حساباتٍ أخرى ولا إلى رسائلك الخاصّة مع غيرنا. تُخزَّن رموز الوصول مشفّرةً، وتُلغى فور انتفاء الحاجة إليها أو عند انتهاء صلاحيتها. وتسري سياستا الخصوصية الخاصّتان بكلٍّ من LinkedIn و TikTok على بياناتك لديهما.The same principle applies: our application’s access is limited to the ATG page and account — publishing, and reading and replying to public comments on our own posts. We do not access other accounts, nor your private messages with anyone else. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are revoked as soon as they are no longer needed or once they expire. LinkedIn’s and TikTok’s own privacy policies govern the data they hold about you.
14. الردود الآليةAutomated replies
قد نستعين بأدواتٍ آلية لصياغة ردودٍ أوّلية على التعليقات العامّة على منشوراتنا، بهدف سرعة الاستجابة. لا تُستخدم بياناتك لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي، ولا يُتّخذ بشأنك أي قرارٍ آليٍّ يُنتج أثراً نظامياً أو يمسّك مساساً مماثلاً. ويبقى بابُ التواصل مع إنسانٍ مفتوحاً دائماً على بريدنا أو هاتفنا.We may use automated tools to draft initial replies to public comments on our posts, in the interest of responsiveness. Your data is not used to train AI models, and no automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about you. A human channel remains open at all times via our email or phone.
15. تغييرات على هذه السياسةChanges to this policy
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة كلّما تغيّرت خدماتنا أو المتطلّبات النظامية. ننشر النسخة المحدَّثة على هذه الصفحة، ونُثبت تاريخ آخر تحديثٍ في أعلاها.We may update this policy whenever our services or regulatory requirements change. The updated version is published on this page with its date shown at the top.
