1. قبول الشروطAcceptance of these terms

باستخدامك موقع atgautomation.com أو تفاعلك مع حساباتنا الرسمية على منصّات التواصل، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن كنت لا توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام الموقع.By using atgautomation.com or interacting with our official social media accounts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. عن الشركةAbout the company

يُشغّل الموقعَ ATG Technologies (مجموعة تقنية الأتمتة)، ومقرّها الطائف – الحوية 26576، منطقة مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية. نشاطنا توريد أنظمة محطات الوقود وحسّاسات الخزّانات وكشف التسرّب وقطع الغيار، وتركيبها وصيانتها.This site is operated by ATG Technologies (Automation Technology Group), based at Taif – Al Hawiyah 26576, Makkah Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our business is supplying, installing and maintaining fuel-station systems, tank gauging and leak-detection sensors, and spare parts.

3. الاستخدام المسموحPermitted use

يجوز لك تصفّح الموقع والاطّلاع على محتواه واستخدام نماذجه للتواصل معنا لغرضٍ مشروع. ولا يجوز:You may browse the site, review its content, and use its forms to contact us for a legitimate purpose. You may not:

• محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أي جزءٍ من الموقع أو أنظمتنا.Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems.
• استخدام أدواتٍ آلية لسحب المحتوى أو إرهاق الخادم.Use automated tools to scrape content or overload the server.
• إرسال محتوى مخالفٍ للأنظمة أو مضلّلٍ أو ضارّ عبر نماذج الموقع.Submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through the site’s forms.
• انتحال صفة ATG أو أحد منسوبيها.Impersonate ATG or any of its personnel.

4. الملكية الفكريةIntellectual property

جميع عناصر الموقع — النصوص والصور والشعار والتصميم والشيفرة — مملوكةٌ لـ ATG أو مرخّصةٌ لها، ومحميّةٌ بأنظمة الملكية الفكرية في المملكة. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها تجارياً دون إذنٍ خطّي مسبق. أمّا أسماء وعلامات الجهات المصنّعة الواردة في صفحات المنتجات فهي ملكٌ لأصحابها، وتُذكر للتعريف فقط.All elements of this site — text, images, logo, design and code — are owned by or licensed to ATG and protected by the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom. They may not be copied or republished commercially without prior written permission. Manufacturer names and marks appearing on product pages belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

5. المعلومات والأسعار ليست عرضاً ملزماًInformation and prices are not a binding offer

ونبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبقاء المحتوى دقيقاً ومحدَّثاً، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو اكتماله في كل وقت.We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or complete at all times.

6. طلبات التواصلContact submissions

إرسالك نموذج التواصل لا يُنشئ علاقةً تعاقدية، ولا يُلزمنا بقبول الطلب. تُعالَج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية. وأنت مسؤولٌ عن صحّة ما تُدخله من بيانات، وعن ألّا يخصّ طرفاً ثالثاً بغير إذنه.Submitting the contact form does not create a contractual relationship, nor does it oblige us to accept the request. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for not submitting a third party’s data without their permission.

7. حساباتنا على منصّات التواصلOur social media accounts

نُشغّل حساباتٍ رسمية على LinkedIn و YouTube و TikTok. وفيما يخصّ التعليقات على منشوراتنا:We operate official accounts on LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Regarding comments on our posts:

• قد تكون بعض الردود آلية أو مُصاغةً بمساعدة أدواتٍ آلية. ويظلّ التواصل مع إنسانٍ متاحاً عبر بريدنا أو هاتفنا.Some replies may be automated or drafted with the help of automated tools. A human channel remains available via our email or phone.
• لا يُعَدّ الردّ على تعليقٍ عرضَ سعرٍ ولا التزاماً فنّياً. المعتمَد هو العرض المكتوب.A reply to a comment is not a quotation or a technical commitment. Only a written quotation is binding.
• نحتفظ بحقّ إخفاء أو حذف التعليقات المسيئة أو الاحتيالية أو المخالفة للأنظمة أو لقواعد المنصّة نفسها.We reserve the right to hide or delete comments that are abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of the platform’s own rules.
• باستخدامك تلك المنصّات فإنك تخضع أيضاً لشروطها وسياسات خصوصيّتها، وهي خارج سيطرتنا.By using those platforms you are also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside our control.

8. الروابط والأطراف الثالثةLinks and third parties

قد يحتوي الموقع روابط أو محتوى مضمّناً من أطرافٍ ثالثة (مثل خريطة Google في صفحة التواصل). لا نتحكّم في تلك المواقع ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية محتواها أو ممارساتها.The site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third parties (such as the Google map on our Contact page). We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

9. إخلاء الضماناتDisclaimer of warranties

يُقدَّم الموقع «كما هو» و«كما هو متاح». ولا نضمن أن يكون متاحاً بلا انقطاعٍ أو خالياً من الأخطاء. وهذا الإخلاء لا يمسّ الضمانات التعاقدية على المنتجات والخدمات التي نوردها، فتلك تحكمها عقودها الخاصّة.The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. This disclaimer does not affect contractual warranties on the products and services we supply, which are governed by their own contracts.

10. حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of liability

إلى الحدّ الذي تسمح به الأنظمة النافذة، لا تتحمّل ATG أي مسؤوليةٍ عن أضرارٍ غير مباشرةٍ أو تبعيةٍ أو عن فوات كسبٍ ناشئٍ عن استخدام هذا الموقع أو تعذّر استخدامه. ولا يشمل ذلك المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها نظاماً.To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATG accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site. This does not exclude liability that may not lawfully be excluded.

11. الخصوصيةPrivacy

تحكم سياسة الخصوصية معالجتَنا لبياناتك الشخصية، وهي جزءٌ لا يتجزّأ من هذه الشروط.Our Privacy Policy governs our processing of your personal data and forms an integral part of these terms.

12. النظام الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائيGoverning law and jurisdiction

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. وأي نزاعٍ ينشأ عنها يكون الاختصاص فيه للجهة القضائية المختصّة في المملكة.These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom.

13. تعديل الشروطChanges to these terms

قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط من وقتٍ لآخر. تسري النسخة المنشورة على هذه الصفحة من تاريخ نشرها، ويُثبَّت تاريخ آخر تحديثٍ في أعلاها.We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its date of publication, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
